Shipping & Returns

 

Shipping:

Each product is made as orders are received. If you order multiple products, they may be shipped separately depending on product type as some products are packaged differently, and require to be shipped separately. You will not be charged for shipping more than once, even when orders are required to be shipped separately. Shipping will generally take between 5-10 business days. 97% of orders are shipped within 5 business days. We do not currently offer next day shipping. All products will be fulfilled via USPS or FedEx shipping methods. To qualify for free shipping, your order would need to reach the correct price point (before tax). Shipping will automatically be deducted in the shipping options provided at check out. Speed depends on product type and destination.

 

it is possible that the production and shipping be slowed during special events, holidays, or seasons. Please be patient as this may increase the time needed to produce and ship products.

COVID UPDATE: Due to the international pandemic we have seen items be delayed in expected shipping times significantly and in some rare cases items being lost in the mail. To provide the best quality of service we want to make all of our valued customers aware that shipping may be delayed significantly ESPECIALLY during holidays. For the Christmas Holiday season, we will be recommending all orders be placed by November 13th to ensure delivery. In addition to this our shipping price will increase to include insurance on all items shipped. This ensures that if your item is lost due to circumstances beyond our control that you will at least be able to receive a full refund in a timely manner. We do apologize for these unforeseen circumstances.

International Shipping does not qualify for free shipping or any shipping incentives. International shipping may be discontinued at any moment without prior notice.

 

 

Warranty:

No Product or services that we offer have a warranty of any sort 

 

Product Care:

It is highly suggested to hand wash each garment with cold water & air dry to maintain the best possible quality. If you wish to wash your clothing, please reverse your item inside out using cold water on delicate & air dry.

 

Cancellations and Returns:

 

No cancellations will be accepted under any circumstances.

 Merchandise that is unworn, unwashed, and with the tag still intact, can be returned for a refund or exchanged for other items sold at meaq within 14 days of delivery. Customer must contact meaq within 3 days of receiving items in order to process refund/exchange.  The customer is responsible for shipping in all returns and exchanges.

 

All payments will be refunded only via original payment method.

 

If an item is ordered and the wrong address is provided. Customer will be responsible for any lost/replacement goods, reshipping of product(s) if needed. There will be no return or exchange for custom or digital items/goods. Return contact email is custservmbd@gmail.com

We accept all major credit cards. All payments are done on a secure page and we do not store your card details nor share your information with any third parties

We use the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it. (ii) that you will abide by our cancellation/ return policy listed above.

 

Currency:

As we currently only ship in the United States of America, we only accept US currency.

Taxes:

Taxes are automatically determined by your shipping address – and may be added depending on your state/city.
